His name is Siyabonga Manganye, he is one year old. He is sick, he has fits. Siyabonga is a boy, he is always sick. Hes mother take his son to hospital. His doctor said he must get coold and he must eat the right food. His grand mather she is not working and she suffering.
We take my grandson everywhere but he is not better and now I am confuse because end of the day I am getting sick now. my grandson he is very sick and sometimes he dont want to eatand dont want to drink tablet he always fell pains because of on and off.
There's no free week to attend medical treatments.
As a guidanship I'm stressed of my grandson love. I think I'm the one must attend counseling because i need to support him in everything he needs, although I'm unemployed.
His biological mother she is a sick person who can't do any movement because her life too is a disturbed so she gets more ill when his son turn a bedridden everyday.
